Verkhny Karabut (Russian: Ве́рхний Карабу́т) is a rural locality (a selo) in Beloroyevskoye Rural Settlement, Podgorensky District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. The population was 289 as of 2010.[2] There are 6 streets.[3]
