Rok Elsner (born 25 January 1986) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Austrian club DSG Ferlach.

Personal life

His grandfather, Branko, and his father, Marko, were both footballers. His older brother, Luka, is a football manager and former player.[1][2]

The Slovenian Football Cup is the top knockout tournament of Slovenian football and the second most important football competition in Slovenia after the Slovenian PrvaLiga championship. The cup was established in 1991 following the breakup of Yugoslavia. Since 2020, it has been known as Pokal Pivovarna Union after its headline sponsor, the Union Brewery.

The match was held on 9 July 2008 at the Sports Park in Domžale. After 120 minutes of no goals, Interblock won their first Slovenian Supercup title by defeating Domžale 7–6 on penalties.

The 2011–12 Ekstraklasa was the 78th season of the highest level of football leagues in Poland since its establishment in 1927. It started on 29 July 2011 and concluded on 6 May 2012. A total of 16 teams participated, 14 of which competed in the league during the 2010–11 season, while the remaining two were promoted from the 2010–11 season of the I Liga. Each team played a total of 30 matches, half at home and half away.

The Polish Super Cup is an annually held match between the champions of the Ekstraklasa and the Polish Cup winners or, if the Ekstraklasa champions also win the Polish Cup, the Cup's runners-up. As of 2021, the Polish Super Cup has been played 31 times. The most successful club is Lech Poznań, who won 6 times. The most common participant are Legia Warsaw, as they played fourteen final games and have lost their eight following finals since 2012. Unlike in Polish Cup, there is no extra time played in the competition, therefore in case of a draw after regular time match goes straight into a penalty shoot-out.

The 2016–17 Slovenian Football Cup was the 26th edition of the Slovenian Football Cup, Slovenia's football knockout competition. Maribor were the defending champions, having won their ninth cup title in the 2015–16 edition.
