The Lombardia Trophy, also known as Memorial Anna Grandolfi,[1] is an annual international figure skating competition. It is held in September in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy. In some years, the event is part of the ISU Challenger Series. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing on the senior, junior, and novice levels.

Single skating is a discipline of figure skating in which male and female skaters compete individually. Men's singles and women's singles are governed by the International Skating Union (ISU). Figure skating is the oldest winter sport contested at the Olympics, with men's and women's single skating appearing as two of the four figure skating events at the London Games in 1908.

Pair skating, along with men's and women's single skating, has been an Olympic discipline since figure skating, the oldest Winter Olympic sport, was introduced at the 1908 Summer Olympics in London. The ISU World Figure Skating Championships introduced pair skating in 1908.

Rebecca Ghilardi is an Italian pair skater. With her skating partner, Filippo Ambrosini, she is the 2023 European silver medalist, 2022 Grand Prix of Espoo champion, a five-time ISU Challenger Series medalist, and a five-time Italian national silver medalist (2019-2023). The pair represented Italy at the 2022 Winter Olympics.

Annika Maria Hocke is a German pair skater. With her skating partner, Robert Kunkel, she is the 2023 European bronze medalist, 2022 Grand Prix de France bronze medalist, and has won three medals on the ISU Challenger Series, including gold at the 2022 CS Finlandia Trophy. They won two bronze medals on the 2019–20 ISU Junior Grand Prix series. Domestically they are the 2023 German national champions.
