Guaratinguetá Futebol

Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF) is the governing body of association football within the Brazilian state of São Paulo. It was founded on 22 April 1941, and currently organises the Campeonato Paulista, the Copa São Paulo de Juniores and the Copa Paulista de Futebol, among others.

In a limited company, the liability of members or subscribers of the company is limited to what they have invested or guaranteed to the company. Limited companies may be limited by shares or by guarantee. In a company limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the unpaid value of shares. In a company limited by guarantee, the liability of owners is limited to such amount as the owners may undertake to contribute to the assets of the company, in the event of being wound up. The former may be further divided in public companies and private companies. Who may become a member of a private limited company is restricted by law and by the company's rules. In contrast, anyone may buy shares in a public limited company.

The Campeonato Paulista Série A1, commonly known as Campeonato Paulista, nicknamed Paulistão, is the top-flight professional football league in the Brazilian state of São Paulo. Run by the FPF, the league is contested between 16 clubs and typically lasts from January to April. Rivalries amongst four of the best-known Brazilian teams have marked the history of the competition. The Campeonato Paulista is the oldest established league in Brazil, being held since 1902 and professionally since 1933.

Associação Desportiva São Caetano, commonly referred to as São Caetano, is a Brazilian professional club based in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo founded on 4 December 1989. It competes in the Campeonato Paulista Série A2, the second tier of the São Paulo state football league.

Estádio Municipal Anacleto Campanella, usually simply Estádio Anacleto Campanella - between 1964 and 1989 known as Estádio Municipal Lauro Gomes de Almeida, or for short Lauro Gomes, is an association football stadium in São Caetano do Sul, on the outskirts of São Paulo, Brazil. The stadium holds 16,744 people. It was inaugurated in 1955. The stadium is owned by the Municipality of São Caetano do Sul, and its formal name honors Anacleto Campanella, who was São Caetano do Sul's mayor from 1953 to 1957, and from 1961 to 1965.

Americana is a municipality (município) located in the Brazilian state of São Paulo. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of Campinas. The population is 229,322 in an area of 133.91 km2 (51.70 sq mi). The original settlement developed around the local railway station, founded in 1875, and the development of a cotton weaving factory in a nearby farm.

Guaratinguetá is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte. The population is 122,505 in an area of 752.64 km2. It is located in the region of Vale do Paraíba; prominent individuals from the area include Saint Frei Galvão, Brazilian President Rodrigues Alves and the cardiologist Dr Euryclides de Jesus Zerbini. The name of the city derives from the words in the Tupi language: gûyra (heron), tinga (white) and etá, resulting in Gûyrating'etá.

Estádio Décio Vitta, nicknamed Riobrancão, is a multi-use stadium located in Americana, São Paulo, Brazil. It is used mostly for football matches and hosts the home matches of Rio Branco Esporte Clube and Americana Futebol. The stadium has a maximum capacity of 16,000 people and was built in 1977. It is owned by Rio Branco Esporte Clube, and is named after Décio Vitta, who was a Rio Branco counselor and director, and co-ordinated the stadium construction.
