The AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship (Campeonato en Parejas Mixtas AAA in Spanish) is a tag team title contested for in the Mexican lucha libre promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). The championship is exclusively for teams composed of one male wrestler and one female wrestler. The current champions are Abismo Negro Jr. and Flammer.

Abismo Negro Jr. and Flammer are the current champions, defeating Komander and Sexy Star II and Octagón Jr. and Lady Shani in a Three-way mixed tag team match for the vacant titles after previous champions Jericho Appreciation Society (Tay Melo and Sammy Guevara were stripped of the titles, due to Melo working a match on the same night on AEW Dynamite. There have been 17 reigns between 16 teams composed of 27 individual champions, and three vacancy. The sibling team of Cynthia Moreno and El Oriental is the only team to have held the title twice, The shortest title reign belongs to La Legión Extranjera (Alex Koslov and Christina Von Eerie), at 91 days. Faby Apache is the only individual to have held the title four times, but with different partners.

Initially she portrayed a ruda but in 2017 she changed sides and became a tecnica. She is the cousin of Ludark Shaitan, with whom she both teamed with and fought against early in her career. Aero Star is a Mexican luchador, which is a masked professional wrestler currently signed to Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). Aero Star won the 2008 Alas de Oro tournament and is known for his high risk moves off the top rope or off the arena's lighting structures.

Mariella Balbuena Torres is a Mexican Luchadora, or female professional wrestler best known under the ring name Mari Apache. She is the daughter of Luchador Gran Apache and the sister of luchadora Faby Apache. She has wrestled for an extended period of time in Japan but is best known for working in Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide along with her father and sister. She is a former one-time AAA Reina de Reinas Champion and a two-time AAA World Mixed Tag Team Champion, having held the title with her father and Halloween. Torres has previously wrestled under the ring name Princesa Apache as well as the enmascarada (masked) characters Love and Lady Venum.
