Wyoming has one, at large district in the House, apportioned according to the 2000 United States Census, due to its low population. Representatives are elected for two-year terms.

He previously chaired the Teton County School District Number 1 Board of Trustees (2006–2008).

The founding of the party was prompted in part due to concerns about the Nixon administration, the Vietnam War, conscription, and the introduction of fiat money.
